On behalf of Sankyo Japan we are pleased to inform you that the new SR8241 robot system series is now available with several new features, for example the Universal Hand Interface. Without any modifications vacuum, edge-grip and passive end-effectors – with and without mapping sensor integrated to the end-effector – can be used.

We are pleased to introduce to you at SEMICON Europa 2016 the latest control enhancements for the Sankyo robot systems, featuring among others a high-speed In-/Output Board with own processor as well as an adaptive Mapping Function for various wafer sizes and carriers.

On behalf of SINFONIA TECHNOLOGY we are pleased to inform you that by the end of 2015 more than 6,000 units of the N2 Purge Load Port have been shipped. Unique to these Load Ports are for example, the moveable purge nozzles. The applied technology combines the advantages of reliable FOUP handling with the avoidance of cross contamination and oxidation.
