Installation Support and Trainings:
We offer a wide range of services, from installation support of the first systems to operation and maintenance trainings.
Our facilities in the US, Asia and Europe are also used by Sinfonia as training center.

Production Support and Spare Parts:
For all users of our products we maintain a 24×5 hotline service as well as emergency parts stock.
Individual service agreements for 24×7 support, preventive maintenance, etc. are available as well.

Repairs and Refurbishments:
Local in-house repairs and refurbishments are complementing our technical services.
Our US and EU facility are certified refurbishment centers for Sinfonia and Nidec (Sankyo) robot systems, respectively.
