Nidec Instruments (formerly known as Sankyo Robotics)
Nidec Instruments designs, manufactures and markets industrial robots worldwide. Nidec has a rich product portfolio of solutions and is also willing to customize solutions for individual requirements. Nidec provides solutions to the semiconductor, the LCD/FPD and the solar industries.
In 1998 Nidec appointed AES motomation as European Robotics Representative. We were very pleased to receive this assignment after working with Nidec Robotics Products for more than 10 years.
Since 2002 AES motomation has represented Nidec in North America as well. Today, with Nidec operating its own robotics office in CA, AES motomation provides marketing and technical services in very close cooperation with and on behalf of Nidec.

Sinfonia Technology
SINFONIA, founded in 1917, was formerly known as Shinko Electric Co., Ltd. and changed its name to SINFONIA TECHNOLOGY CO., on April 1, 2009. SINFONIA engages in the manufacture and sale of electric machinery and supports highly efficient manufacturing processes by drawing on the experience gained by handling products inside clean rooms. In particular, the Semiconductor 300mm wafer manufacturing modules have earned a high reputation among top brands, and SINFONIA was the world’s first manufacturer to develop a 450mm FOUP capable load port.
In September 2009 SINFONIA assigned AES motomation as their European representative, and in July 2010 as their US Clean Transport Equipment Representative. We were very pleased to receive these assignments after working on this cooperation since 2008.

JEL Cooperation
Since founded in 1993, JEL has grown to be a leading manufacturer of clean robots for semiconductor and FPD glass substrates. With thousands of systems shipped, JEL robots have earned a reputation for high-quality products and stable supply chains.
In September 2024, AES motomation signed a distributor agreement with JEL for the US and Europe, after working already more than a year with JEL robot systems.
JEL systems are supplementing AES motomation’s robot portfolio perfectly while JEL company philosophy, “Job Enjoy Life – Aiming a satisfying life by enjoying work and private life”, complements one of AES motomation’s tenents.

University of Krefeld
Already for more than two decades, AES motomation is in close cooperation with the University of Krefeld. AES motomation benefits from this cooperation not only from the results of joint engineering projects, but have access to research and expertise on current technology and techniques as well as being in touch with highly motivated teaching staff and students.
