The synergy between JEL Corporation, Nidec Instruments, and AES motomation allows us to support our customers with comprehensive solutions. JEL Corporation robots support technology such as MEMS and LED with robot handlers for 50mm to 150mm wafers as well as vacuum robot systems. JEL’s robots are also designed for wet environment.
While Nidec Instructions handling robots support 300mm wafer as well as FPD robots. Nidec robots can support substrate as large as Gen 11th.
