Our EFEMs and platforms incorporate the advanced technology from all of us. We have already done the tedious, but necessary evaluation, integration, testing and data gathering. Our final solutions are the final products of 100+ years of semiconductor experience combined.
Our integrated Front End Module, iFEM for short, for example is a complete front-end handling solutions, merging Sinfonia Technology’s load ports with Nidec’s or JEL’s robotics solutions and controlled by AES motomation’s software. The solution is nothing less than an EFEM in terms of performance. The iFEM has a smaller foot-print, utilize the FFU, façade and interlocks from the equipment tool and therefore, it’s more price competitive versus an EFEM.
