As an international company, headquartered in Germany and representing three Japanese suppliers, we sell leading edge handling products (robots, etc.) mainly to the semiconductor industry and support our customers in the pre- and post-sales phases by providing technical support.<br>We are looking to expand our repair and support activities and have immediate openings for Repair \/ Field Service Technicians \/ Engineers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Position Description:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Participate in in-house equipment repairs and refurbishment<br>Troubleshoot field problems remotely by identifying root causes, communicating them to the technical support teams and providing solutions to the customers<br>Troubleshoot field problems on site; Identify root causes and make repairs<br>Manage spare parts business<br>Provide technical support to customers in the pre-sales and post-sales phases as well as customer trainings<br>Participation in our 24\/7 remote and on-site support operations<br>Applications Engineering support (if interested and capable)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Strong communication skills in an international environment, exchanging information with customers, suppliers and colleagues<br>Excellent mechanical, electrical and software aptitude<br>Ability to work independently as well as in a team<br>Must be able to travel up to 50% at times<br>Must be willing to participate in various areas in support of the business<br>Experience with semiconductor automation (robots) a plus, but will train the right candidate<br>Experience working with semiconductor equipment a plus<br>Experience with 3D modeling in CAD(i.e. SolidWorks or AutoCAD) is a plus<br>Multilingual, English and Japanese and\/or Korean a plus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AES motomation provides excellent opportunity for personal growth and development, and a competitive salary &amp; benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No Relocation Assistance available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please submit cover letter and resume with salary history to:<br>AES motomation Inc.<br>4041 Clipper Court<br>Fremont, CA 94538<br><a href=\"mailto:resume@motomation.com\">resume@motomation.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AES motomation Inc. provides automation equipment and engineering services in North America.
