An even stronger cooperation with the “University of Applied Sciences, Krefeld”: On 1st of June 2026 the faculty of “Engineering and Computer Science” and AES motomation Germany signed the contract for a multi-year joint Research & Development project which is subsidized by the German Government (by the “Bundesministerium fuer Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWE)”).

We are pleased to inform you, that a 300mm Tape Frame Adapter is now supplemented our Cassette Adapter Portfolio. This adapter is designed for the latest Sinfonia 300mm FOUP Load ort, SELOP-8.1, and allows the use of a 380mm Open Cassette.

On behalf of JEL Corporation, we are pleased to introduce the new high accuracy pre-aligner SAL-HV, ±50 micron centering accuracy. Also applicable for a wide variety of exotic wafers such as silicon warp, transparent or translucent and with BG tape.

AES motomation is complementing Sinfonia’s already impressive Load Port portfolio with new Adapter Solutions. The new adapters can accommodate various cassettes ranging from 100 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm wafers as well as tape frame cassettes.

Minister of Scientific visited AES motomation at MEDICA Trade Fair – 2025: A special Exhibition Year:
In November 2024 the Secretary of State NRW for Scientific and Education has visited AES motomation for an exchange of ideas at the NRW MEDICA Pavilion.

On 16th of June AES motomation celebrated its “50th anniversary” – 5 years in Taiwan, 20 years in the US and 25 years in Germany – together with the Grand Opening of its new German facility in Kaarst. With this celebration AES motomation expressed its gratitude to the local authorities, supporting the new construction, to its Japanes principlas for decades of cooperation and last but not least, to all employees, joining from around the world, for their contribution to AES motomation’s success.

Although the new facility in Kaarst is almost finished, AES motomation in Germany will utilize for 3 more months the old Meerbusch facility in parallel to the new facility. By doing so, we can ensure our proven services and customers committments while transfering all activities to Kaarst.
